How to Remove PQD 365 from your Ribbon

This article will walk you through the process of removing the PQD 365 download from PowerPoint, if you already have the local PC download on your machine.

What is it?

This is a different PQD download, other than the local PC download that has been put onto your PowerPoint, that shouldn't be installed.

Why do we need to remove it?

Leaving this version installed can lead to uncertainty about where to activate your license and which features to use within Pro Quick Draw.


How do I remove it?

  • Select the File tab in the top left of PowerPoint.

  • Choose Options in the bottom left corner.

  • Go to the Customize Ribbon section.

  • Go to the Home section and and select the Pro Quick Draw option and press Remove.

  • Then scroll down to the very first orange check box that says PRO QUICK DRAW and deselect the check box.

Now the PQD 365 download should be removed fully from your PowerPoint!
