How does it work?
Once a drawing is added to a template, single click on the drawing

Click the Edit button on the Pro Quick Draw ribbon bar

A new PowerPoint window will open with your drawing, make the necessary changes and save your file

Click the X in the upper right hand corner to close the window

You have now successfully edited your drawing
Edit a Drawing from PQD Playbook
If you are in your PQD Playbook you can right click on the file and choose Edit. By selecting Edit a new PowerPoint window will open and you can make your changes to that drawing. Click save and exit that new window. If that drawing is in any slides in your current presentation or any other presentations, it will not update with the changes until you refresh that drawing in those presentations

Now if you right click on a file and hover over Edit, you will see an Edit and Add selection - by selecting Edit and Add, you will see a new window appear where you can make your edits. However this time when you save and exit that window it will automatically add that drawing to a new slide or box within your template
Edit and Edit Add are both available with a right click on the file or using the button below by single clicking on the file you want to edit first

Now there is Copy Edit and Copy Edit Add
Using the Copy Edit button you will see a save file as box appear where you are taking the item you selected and making a copy of it with a new name and making your changes - give it a new name and click Save

Once you click that newly copied and renamed play will open in a new PowerPoint window for you to make your edits, save that new file and exit the new window. You will then see that new play in your playbook window

Copy Edit Add is exactly the same start, but this time once you save and exit that new PowerPoint window where you edited the copied file, it will place that new drawing in a new slide or box in a template
Again, similarly to Edit and Edit Add, Copy Edit and Copy Edit Add, are available by right clicking on a specific file or by using the button on the toolbar below the files
