This new feature simplifies the process of identifying which specific content needs refreshing, especially after making edits to a drawing embedded in a presentation.
Users now have the flexibility to refresh a single drawing, an individual slide/page, or an entire presentation/document. The introduction of the refresh page feature enhances this capability. Previously, coaches could only refresh drawings one at a time or refresh the entire workbook. With the addition of the refresh slide option, coaches can now focus on updating one page at a time, allowing for greater efficiency in specific situations.
Feature: Export PNG Name from PowerPoint Add Notes Area
If you're export drawings as a PNG to create material within Kahoot or another quiz software, the file name will export from the Add Notes section from your PowerPoint slide making it easier to manage your exported files.
Update: Wristband Templates
New template to make it easier to resize to fit your particular wristband size.
Feature: Play Editor File Sharing
Ability to share play editor libraries across a shared drive where multiple users can access the file at the same time.
Pro Quick Draw Elite (for NFL/CFL/College Customers)
Feature: Convert to PowerPoint Template from Visio
Previously, users could export their Visio documents to PowerPoint, but the result was a static PNG image that lacked editing capabilities. If any changes were needed, users had to return to Visio, make the adjustments, and re-export the document.
Now, with the new process, users can easily select a PowerPoint template from the button and export their Visio content directly as a fully editable PowerPoint template. This streamlined workflow is particularly beneficial for coaching staffs who need to quickly convert Visio materials into PowerPoint for sharing with team members or staff.

Feature: Catapult Video Folder/Cutup Selection (My PQD Folders)This is a feature within the dropdown area of the Catapult Integration where users can select one of the following:
- Game Plan Folders: Displays all of the folders within the Game Plan
- My Folders: Displays all of the folders within the users My Folders
My PQD Folders: Displays the Folders/Cutups of the users choice selected within PQD.
Given the extensive amount of video data within a Game Plan, we sought to provide a more efficient way for coaches to access the video playlists they require each week, without the need to sift through all the cutups. By selecting their My PQD Folders weekly, coaches can retrieve the necessary information more swiftly than in previous seasons.
