If you’re switching to a new computer and need to transfer your Pro Quick Draw files the new device, this guide outlines each step to complete this process smoothly.
Shared Drive Transferring
If your files are already living in a Drive you will have to ensure the Drive shortcut is on your file explorer and under the same email.

Google Drive
- Look in your File Explorer and check for the Google Drive shortcut
- If it is not there, you will need to run the download for the Google Drive shortcut by logging into your Google Drive on an Internet browser and selecting the Gear icon in the top right. Click the Get Drive for Desktop option.
Note: Make sure this Google Drive email is the same one that you saved all your files on previously
- Choose Download Drive for Desktop
- Open your Downloads section of your File Explorer and run the installer.
Note: If it says This Version is already Installed then follow the directions in this article.
- Select Yes to the first menu and make sure you click the checkbox for Add an Application Shortcut on the second menu.
- Then everyone will open a Blank Presentation in PowerPoint and go to Settings in the right of the Home tab.
- In the Settings menu everyone will click the 3 Dots button to the right of the Page Templates Library menu bar and the Master library menu bar and point them to the correct folders within the Google Drive shortcut in the File Explorer.
One Drive
- Look in your File Explorer and check for the One Drive shortcut
- If it is not there and you do not have have a Windows 11 machine then search One Drive ,login on an internet browser, and run the Download for One Drive.
- Select Yes to run the installer.
- Then you will open a Blank Presentation in PowerPoint and go to Settings in the right of the Home tab.
- In the Settings menu everyone will click the 3 Dots button to the right of the Page Templates Library menu bar and the Master library menu bar and point them to the correct folders within the One Drive shortcut in the File Explorer.
