Learn how to use the updated Refresh dropdown menu in regards to refreshing a selected drawing, single page or an entire presentation.
What is it?
There is a new dropdown button now has three options to refresh your material:
- Refresh Drawing
- Refresh Slide/Page
- Refresh Presentation/Document
Why does it matter?
This new feature simplifies the process of identifying which specific content needs refreshing, especially after making edits to a drawing embedded in a presentation.
Users now have the flexibility to refresh a single drawing, an individual slide/page, or an entire presentation/document. The introduction of the refresh page feature enhances this capability. Previously, coaches could only refresh drawings one at a time or refresh the entire workbook. With the addition of the refresh slide option, coaches can now focus on updating one page at a time, allowing for greater efficiency in specific situations.
