How to Add a Document to the Advanced Queue by Page or Presentation

By utilizing the Advanced menu in the Toggle Panel, users can conveniently add drawings from their document to a queue, allowing them to rearrange the content either by individual pages or throughout the entire document.

What is it?

The advanced menu includes a feature that enables you to add drawings from your document directly to the advanced queue. This functionality empowers coaches to reorganize existing drawings and to add or remove items as needed.

Why does it matter?

Sometimes, a user may only need to make changes to a single page of drawings rather than updating multiple pages. By selecting just the page that requires editing, users can expedite their workflow, avoiding the delay of waiting for an entire presentation to refresh for 4-6 plays.

How does it work?

  1. Open an existing document that has been created through a PQD template.
  2. Open the Toggle Panel and select the same template.
  3. Click on the Advanced Tab within the library.
  4. Select the Add dropdown button and choose:
    1. Slide - only adds the drawings on the current slide
    2. Presentation - adds the drawings within the entire presentation
  5. Reorder/Add/Remove your diagrams to create the necessary update
  6. Click on the Plays Dropdown and select one of the following:

    1. Update Slide: This will only update the current slide. (You must have the same amount of slots available as plays within the queue.
    2. Updated Presentation: This will replace the presentation with the order of drawings in the queue.
    3. Add to Presentation: This will add the drawings to the next available slot within the template.
