Making It Look Right

Four controls at the top of the page shape how the app looks and feels:

• Appearance — Light, Dark, or System (match device). System follows your computer's setting, so the app goes dark when your machine does.

• Display density — Comfortable or Compact. "Spacing of trees, text boxes, and dropdowns across the app" — Compact tightens everything, handy on a laptop screen.

• Task Pane position — Left or Right: which side the playlist tree sits on.

• Accent color — the highlight color used throughout. Pick a quick preset (*QD Green, Blue, Teal, Purple, Orange, Slate) or enter any hex color to match your school's shade exactly.

These four are per device — set them on each machine you use. Your logo is the exception (next).
