Definition Editor
The editor is one page with everything the recipe needs:
-
Name — rename freely; the dropdown updates everywhere.
-
Column Set (required) — the data dictionary the rules are built on. Changing it resets the rule selection, since rules live on the column set.
-
Sort Prefix — "Prefix generated folder & playlist names with "01 - ", "02 - ", … to preserve order on the partner." Turn it on when you upload: film platforms sort folders alphabetically, and the numbers keep your generation order intact.
-
Show slides in video — "While watching in the video pane, interleave this definition's title and AI slides with the plays — the same deck a PQD Player package shows."
Then the heart of the recipe:
-
Selected folder rules (generation order) — the rules that run, top to bottom. Drag to reorder; the order here is the order in the tree. Each row has Edit, Copy (duplicate the rule into the catalog and add the copy), and **✕** — which removes the rule from this definition only; the rule stays in the column set's catalog.
-
Available folder rules in this column set — the rest of the catalog. + Add puts one into the recipe.
-
+ Add Folder Rule — build a brand-new rule right here; it lands in the catalog and joins the definition in one step. One Save persists everything at once — the definition and any rule, sort-rule, stat, or chart edits you made along the way. Backing out without Save discards it all.
