Building a Stat Table

From Manage Stats → + Add Stat. A stat is a pivot-style table built from three zones — think "rows down the side, columns across the top, numbers in the middle":

Rows — the grouping columns, in order, one table column each. Every row column carries its own sort order — Ascending, Descending, Most Frequent, or Least Frequent — applied level by level, exactly like sort rules: most-frequent Personnel first, then within each personnel the next column sorts just those rows.
Pivot columns (optional) — each pivot column's distinct values become header columns; multiple pivot columns nest. Without one, the stat is a flat table.
Values — the measures, one table column each: Count, Distinct Count, Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum, % of Total, % of row, % of Column, and % of Parent Row. Sum through Distinct Count ask for a field — the picker is searchable and lists numeric columns first, marked #. Give any value a custom column heading, or leave the default. A brand-new stat starts as the classic Count + %.

The editor explains the percentage family right where you need it: "% shares count plays: Row = within the row, Column = within the pivot column, Total = of all plays, Parent Row = within the row group one level up."

One more switch: "Merge repeated rows (show each value once per group)" — repeated leading values display once per group, like a merged spreadsheet cell. Display only; the numbers don't change.

Commit with Add Stat/Update Stat, then check it on the rule's Stats tab.

Stat Settings (Applies to Every Table)

From Manage Stats → Settings — the same idea as Chart Settings: "These defaults apply to every stat table — in the workbench and baked onto uploaded title slides."

Title — "Show title (the stat name above/below the table)", plus font, size, Alignment, Placement (Top/Bottom), and color.
Cells — font, size, Text color, Cell color.
Header — Header color and Header text color.
Grid lines — Horizontal lines, Vertical lines, Grid color.
Rows — Alternating row shading and its color.

A live preview shows the styling on sample data; Save settings applies it everywhere at once.
