AdHoc Playlists Overview
Sometimes the cutup you need isn't a rule — it's a judgment call. Ad-hoc playlists are the hand-picked ones: the teach tape, the highlight reel, the "show the o-line these six plays" list. You build the shelves once, then stock them from anywhere in your library.
The Idea
The Ad-Hoc rule builds the empty shelves — the folders and playlists, named your way. This chapter is stocking them.
Ad-hoc folders and playlists wear blue icons in the tree so they're easy to spot among the generated ones, and every label carries a live count — "Two-Minute (12)". That count is about to matter.
